If certain filters are used regularly, you can save the filters for future use. Filters can be saved on all pages where they are available.

Get started by applying the required filter. Select the bookmark icon on the right-hand side of the list.

In the box that appears, type a name for the filter.

If you wish to share the filter with your colleagues, toggle the Share filters on.

Select Save to continue.

Once you've saved a filter, a Saved filters button will appear beside the bookmark icon. Select the arrow to view a drop-down menu of saved filters.

You can select the filter to apply it.
