How to share expense reports | Email expense reports

Expense reports of all statuses can be shared via email. You can send your expense reports to any email address. The export is shared within a few minutes.

Begin by selecting the My expense reports and opening the required report. You can choose a report from any tab.

In the report view, select the 3-dot icon in the top-right corner. Select Share from the dropdown.

In the pop-up box, enter the email address and choose if you would like to include receipts in the export file.

Select Share report to finish.

The report will be sent to the recipient in a few minutes

Note: If the report doesn't reach the recipient's inbox, make sure they check their spam/junk folder.
