As an admin, you have access to employee details in the settings. You can add, modify and export employee details.
To access employee details, select the Settings tab in the left side panel. Select the Employees tab, then the View employees page within the drop-down.
Filter employee details
If you’d like to filter by status or role, make your selection in the corresponding drop-downs and select the Apply button.
To apply additional filters—like department, level or location—select the filter icon above the list of employees on the page.
In the Apply filters pop-up, select your filters and the desired filter conditions. To add another filter, select the Add filter button.
Once you’ve added your desired filters, select the Apply filters button.
The list of employees will be filtered according to the conditions you’ve applied. To remove applied filters select the Clear all button.
Export employee details
To export employee details, select the employees using the checkboxes and select the Export button.
In the Export pop-up, select the format you want the file exported as.
If you’d like to share the export with a colleague, switch the Share export toggle to on. Enter the colleague’s email address.
Select the Next button to proceed.
Next, select the details that you’d like to capture in the export file and select the Export button to receive the export. The file will be sent to your email within a few minutes.
Note: If you don't see the export file in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder as it may have been redirected there.
