Enable split expenses, verification and more.

You can enable/disable features of expense reports and expenses based on whether they apply to your organization's workflow. These settings are optional and will not disturb the workflow when disabled.

To begin, select the gear icon in the top right corner of your screen.

From the left-side panel, select Workflows and select Advanced.

Split expense

Toggle the split expense to allow users to split their expenses by categories, projects, or cost centers. Users will be able to split a single expense into multiple expenses (up to 30 splits per expense) and fill in details for the split expenses.

Verification and self-verification

Verification is an optional additional step before the expense reports are marked as closed. Admins can verify reports once they are submitted before marking them as closed. The verification process requires going through each expense in a report to mark it as verified. Once enabled, reports cannot be closed unless they are verified.

Toggle the Self verification to allow admins to verify their expense reports.

Self-approvals

Self-approvals allow admins to approve their own expense reports.
