Report names are custom and can be edited by admins and approvers.
To edit an expense report's name select Expense reports from the left side panel.
Select from the Submitted or Approved status columns and select the required report.
In the report view, select the edit icon next to the report name.
In the open dialog box, type in the required report name—this can be alpha-numerical—and select the Save button.
The name of the report will be updated.
To view a record of this change, open the History tab.
Note: Report names can be changed for submitted and approved expense reports. If the status of a report is in draft or closed, the report name cannot be edited by admins.
