How to approve expense reports

Admins can approve all submitted expense reports. Reports can be approved individually or in bulk. You can approve expense reports on behalf of the approvers.

To begin, select Expense reports from the left side panel.

Select the Submitted section for a list of reports in the approval queue.

Approve expense reports in bulk

To approve in bulk, select the reports using the checkbox and select Approve.

A pop-up box will open asking for a confirmation, select Approve to proceed.

Users whose reports were approved will receive an email notification.

Approve individual expense reports

Open a report and once you have reviewed the expenses, select Approve as admin from the top right.

A pop-up box will open asking for a confirmation of the action, select Approve report to proceed.

Note: When approving reports as an admin, the report will be marked as Approved and will not require further approvals from assigned approvers.

Once approved the user will be notified and the report will be visible in the Approved section.

You can mark it closed once you have completed the reconciliation of expenses.
