The Team Expenses page shows you all expenses created by the users for whom you are assigned as an approver. You can view the expense details, edit expenses, apply filters and export them from this page.
To navigate to the Team Expenses, on the left-side panel select the Teams menu and select Expenses.
Expenses and total amount
On top of the list of expenses on the left-side, under Expenses, you can see the total number of expenses in the list.
Search
On top of the list of expenses, there is a Search box. You can input various expense details such as expense ID, Employee name or Amount to search for a particular expense.
Manage columns
In the list of expenses, you can manage the details visible in the columns.
Select the Manage columns button on the right-side above the expenses list.
In the customize your view box, you can select various expense details to include using the checkboxes. Drag and drop the order of the details as per your preference.
Select Apply columns to save the changes.
The columns will be arranged as per your selection. To revert to default columns, you can select the Restore default selection button.
Filters
To filter the expenses select the filters icon next to search.
In the Add filters box, select the filters. You can add multiple filters simultaneously by selecting the Add filter button.
Select the Apply filters button to finish.
The filters will be applied to the expenses.
To remove the applied filters, select Clear all.
Export
To export the expenses, select them using the checkboxes and select the Export button.
In the Export box that opens up, select the format of the export from Excel or CSV options. If you need to share the export file you can toggle the Share export on and enter the email ID.
Select Next to proceed.
Select the expense details to be captured in the export file using the checkboxes and select Export to finish.
The export file will be sent to your official email ID within a few minutes.
Note: If you are unable to locate the file in your inbox, check your Junk/Spam folders as the email may have been redirected there.
