The support center is available to all expense management users who need help.
To open the support center, select the support icon in the top right corner beside settings.
From the drop-down options, select one of the following:
Visit help center: The help center has articles providing step-by-step guidance for various features, workflows and settings across expense management.
Explore Home: Redirects you to the Home page.
Contact admins: This is a list of all the admins for your business's account and their email addresses. You can reach out to admins for any assistance.
Contact support: You can always write directly to our support team at support@capitalone-fylehq.com.
Email us with any questions or concerns and our team will get back to you as soon as they can.
