All your expenses and expense report activities are recorded in their History tabs. Any action taken on the expenses and expense reports is available to you across all statuses.
The History section captures how and when the expense or expense reports were created, any edits made on the form fields, changes in the expense or expense report status, policy violations run and triggered, any edit approvers or admins make to the expense or expense report, etc.
View expense history
Click on any expense, in the view expense box, and click on History beside the receipts tab. You'll be able to track the expense trail from here.
View expense report history
Open an expense report and select the History tab. The report's history is visible to you. You'll be able to see if approvers or admins have made any changes to the expenses.
Using the History tab, you can view past activities for your expenses and expense reports.
