If you have created expenses in a foreign currency (different from your organization’s local currency), the currency will automatically adjust on expenses. In case you need to manually update the currency details, you can do so while filling in the expense information.
Note: You can only edit expenses in the Incomplete, Complete, and Submitted state.
Open the required expense, and select the Currency field. You can select the required currency from the drop-down list.
If you’ve created expenses in a foreign currency (a currency different than your organization’s home currency) it will automatically be adjusted on your expenses.
Once the details are filled in, select Save to finish.
When the expense is saved, besides the amount, there will be an exchange symbol to indicate the expense currency is foreign.
Note: The exchange rate added to your expense is derived from the rate that was applied when the expense was last edited.
